Staff at Specsavers in Southsea have taken on additional training to enable them to provide a greater level of service to residents living with glaucoma.
Members of the team have completed a course developed in conjunction with the International Glaucoma Association, which will assist them with caring for customers suffering with the condition.
Specsavers Southsea joined other Specsavers stores across the UK in supporting World Glaucoma Week this month (11-18 March), an event that aims to raise awareness about a condition that is thought to affect around 700,000 people in the UK today.
A word from the store director
