Specsavers is celebrating after being crowned the top store for customer service in Sleaford.
The team at the store on Southgate scooped the Customer Service Award at the Sleaford Town Awards 2018, an annual event organised by the Sleaford Town Council and the Sleaford Standard newspaper, to honour the achievements of local businesses.
Store manager, Kathleen Gray, and contact lens manager, Cheryl Cain-Lewis, attended the ceremony on Thursday 3 May and were presented with the trophy by the Mayor of Sleaford.
‘We are absolutely thrilled to have won the Customer Service Award,’ said store director James Coleman. ‘It’s such an amazing achievement by the team. It means so much to have been awarded this accolade by our community and to have won through the votes of our local customers.
