To celebrate the launch of a new range of children’s glasses, Specsavers in Skegness are inviting local children and families to the store.
New children’s range in store
The optical retailer has teamed up with The Walt Disney Company UK to launch an exciting range of glasses for children, and on Sunday 31 May, Specsavers on Lumley Road celebrated by hosting a competition for local children.
Best dressed competition
By dressing up as their favourite Disney characters, children in Skegness have a chance to win with the best dressed receiving a special goody bag. There will also be a host of fun activities in store and treats for all.
A word from the store director
Stuart Hogg, store director at Specsavers in Skegness, said; ‘We’re so excited to be launching the new collection of children’s ranges. Disney, Marvel and Star Wars are iconic household names and have provided entertainment for all ages for many years. We expect that the new offerings will go down a storm with excited children in Skegness.’
At Specsavers all under-16s get a free NHS eye test. All glasses in Specsavers kids £64 and teens £85 ranges are free with under-16s’ NHS funding.
Specs wearers can also choose a second pair from the £64 or £85 range, free. Both pairs can come with SuperTough Trivex® single vision lenses with a scratch-resistant treatment, or tinted prescription lenses and a UV filter free in the second pair.
