Specsavers in Sidcup has been lavished in praise by two extremely satisfied customers, who took to the Specsavers website to commend the team for their customer service.

Impressive service

The first piece of feedback comes from a customer, who spoke of being ‘truly impressed’ by the level of customers service and commenting that ‘nowadays common courtesy and customer service have become something of a rarity, but this was exceptional’.

Colin wasn’t the only satisfied customer, however, as Hugh also visited the website to highlight the ‘excellent service’ he received in Sidcup.

He said: ‘My leg had come off a very expensive pair of glasses – they were about 15 months old. I came into the store expecting them to be sent off for repair and thought I’d be without them for some time.

‘I was very pleasantly surprised when the young lady came back about five to 10 minutes later with two new legs and replaced the nose pieces. Very well done and many thanks.’
