Sidcup eyecare experts are encouraging families in Bexley borough to factor optical health into their agendas during the school holidays.
The team from Specsavers in Sidcup are calling on families to use the summer months to get up to date with their regular healthcare appointments – highlighting the important role of eye tests for children and adults.
Eye tests not only monitor your eyesight, but act as an overall health check for the eye – and should be carried out every two years.
A word from the store director
Ebahi Demi-Ejegi, director of Specsavers in Sidcup, said: ‘The school break can be a good time for the whole family to catch up with any overdue health checks, including eye tests.
‘We are conveniently located on the High Street and customers can call ahead, go online or pop by to book in advance a time which works for them.’
