A local opticians has announced the winner of their colouring competition, held to mark the launch of a new range of Finding Dory glasses.
Specsavers in Sheffield invited local children to visit the store and put their artistic skills to the test and 9 year old Reo Cheetham’s work of art was picked as the winner.
A fabulous prize
Reo has won tickets for her and her friends to watch Finding Dory at the cinema.
The long-awaited sequel to Disney’s Finding Nemo tells the story of a forgetful fish, Dory, on her quest to be reunited with her parents. To tie in with the film, Specsavers is launching four new Finding Dory frames into the Young frames portfolio for children between three and eight years, and feature characters including Dory, Nemo and Hank the Octopus.
A Specsavers exclusive
Exclusive to Specsavers, the frames are part of the £64 range and are free to those with an NHS optical voucher.
Store director Lorna Armitage says: ‘We had lots of wonderful entries but Reo’s colourful portrait of Hank and Dory was the one that stood out to us. We hope she really enjoys the film!’
It’s all for a good cause
All funds raised from the Dory launch will be donated to the Marine Conservation Society.
