The team at Specsavers Seaford, in Broad Street, have just handed over some much needed funds to Guide Dogs.
Thanks to customers dropping their spare change into the collection box on the counter, the store is able to make regular donations to the charity. This time they handed over £37.29.
A word from the store director
Chris Titherington, store director in Seaford, said: ‘It costs £5 each day to support each working guide dog partnership. So thanks to the generosity of our customers, we have been able to support one of these vital partnerships for just over a week this time alone.
‘Every little you donate to Guide Dogs really can make a massive difference to the life of a blind or partially sighted person, and could even change it forever. So next time you drop in to see us, why not drop a few pennies into the collection box at the same time.’
