Specsavers Seaford had a very special visitor recently to mark Guide Dogs Week.
Local charity representative Alison Etheridge brought her guide dog into the store in Broad Street to meet some of the staff and customers.
The visit was intended to help raise awareness of the work that the charity does to support local people who are blind and partially sighted.
Exceptionally good cause
Martin East, store director at Specsavers Seaford, said: ‘We were very pleased to welcome Alison and her guide dog into the store, and staff and customers really enjoyed meeting them both.
'Guide dogs are critical in helping blind and partially-sighted people maintain their independence. We want to do all that we can to raise awareness of what is an exceptionally good cause.’
