The team in Saltash have donated high visibility vests to a local school, helping pupils stay safe at night.

Brunel Primary School

Brunel Primary School  received  the vests from the store promoting safety at night ahead of Road Safety Week, an initiative by the charity Brake.

Children are safe

Store director Paul Denham says: ‘We want to make sure that children are safe and visible at night as winter is fast approaching.

‘Since the clocks have changed and nights have got darker, we hope our donation will help keep parents’ minds at ease when they’re escorting their children to and from school.’

The national charity Brake exists to prevent deaths and injuries which happen daily through fundraising and campaigns. Safe and sustainable road us and effective road safety policies are also promoted by the charity.
