Specsavers in Rutherglen was recently commended for its high level of customer service.
‘I was delighted with the fantastic service my daughter received at the Rutherglen store. The staff we dealt with over a three-week period were all – without exception – friendly and knowledgeable.
‘I would like to single out Chris who helped my daughter learn how to put in her contact lenses. She is only 13 and very shy, but Chris put her at ease with friendly chat and suggested lots of different techniques for fitting and removing the lenses.
‘He had boundless patience and was great at encouraging her throughout the process.’
