Specsavers in Rutherglen was recently commended for its high level of customer service.
‘I decided to take a look in the Rutherglen store and I was amazed at the fantastic customer service I received. Every member of staff I spoke to and dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful and I noticed other members of staff were receiving fantastic customer service too.
‘The staff member who helped me choose my frames had the patience of a saint as I was finding it very difficult to choose my frames and to decide which frames suited me.
‘I work in a customer service department and too often we receive complaints and not enough praise. That’s why I’ve provided this feedback – the staff deserve to be recognised for the great job they do.
‘The staff in Rutherglen Specsavers are all fantastic and I’ll be recommending the store to all my friends and family.’
