Store becomes a Platinum Employer
Retail director Eve Robertson, seen here with her Platinum Employer mug, is thrilled to be awarded this important accolade by Head Office.
Eve, along with the management team, have demonstrated excellence when it comes to investing in its people, ensuring high performance and rewarding career paths.
Five areas of excellence
The Award looks at five core competency areas: talent management, recruitment and induction, performance management and reward, learning and development and lastly employee communications and engagement.
The scheme is an externally validated accreditation which aims to raise the bar of people management standards and help ensure Specsavers is known as being a great place to work.
