Following a recent visit to Specsavers, a very impressed customer took to our online feedback page to share her experience and extend her gratitude to all the staff involved.

'I would like to make you aware of the excellent service and care I receive at your Romford store. I have recently purchased three pairs of frames from Romford Specsavers. Two of the frames were successfully tracked down by Deputy Manager and Dispensing Optician Charlotte Dixon - one choice had been discontinued but she managed to locate a pair for me.
'On top of that both Andrew Aiston, the stores retail director and Matt Cowler, optical assistant, helped me to obtain my last pair with the help of my golden ticket and allowing me to return later to have my prescription lenses put in them due to financial constraints. This has enabled me to have three frames of my choice from the store, and every effort was made to ensure that they could do their utmost for me at all times, something very important in these times when machines take over people.
'Special credit goes to frame stylist, Laitifa Belarfaoui who always engages with customers, always greeting customers with a smile asking if you require assistance. On top of that my husband recently had his eye appointment check up with me and the optometrist noticed something regarding the nerve, resulting in a referral to a specialist for further investigation. The consultant is now keeping a watch on the condition but told my husband the optician was excellent to have caught this at such an early stage and acted on it.
I pass on my sincere gratitude to your team for their recent help and look forward to getting my lenses for my third pair of glasses. Well done Romford!”
