Specsavers in Ringwood was delighted to be recently presented with a prestigious business accreditation.
Dedication to personnel development
The Platinum Employer accolade has been awarded to the store in recognition of the management's commitment to nurture and develop the team. High standards have been achieved by the store across five key areas that include: performance management and reward, learning and development and employee communications and engagement.
The scheme was developed by employee specialists, The Hay Group. Stores are then expected to be accredited by the third party by demonstrating that set policies and procedures are in place to further enhance staff members' careers.
