Staff from the Richmond store sold raffle tickets for a chance of winning a luxurious Christmas hamper to raise money for Phoenix House Recovery Centre.
Customers had the chance to buy tickets, helping to raise £158 for the charity.
Phoenix House Recovery Centre offers recovery services to all wounded, injured and sick service personnel, veterans and their loved ones.
They are encouraged to develop their own recovery programme with guidance from their specialist staff which includes taking part in education courses, seeking career advice, support for medical appointments, participating in sporting activities and guidance in health and wellbeing.
Thank you from the store manager
Kimberley Bewick, store manager at Specsavers Richmond says: ‘I would like to thank everyone who took part in our Christmas raffle and purchased a ticket.
‘The Phoenix House recovery Centre is a real support hub for those service personnel and veterans in need and we are thrilled that our raffle meant we were able to donate to the charity over the Christmas period and support the great work it carries out.’
