Redditch Specsavers is encouraging children to get creative in celebration of the latest children’s specs range from Disney, featuring the wayfaring heroine, Moana.
The team are inviting children to enter a colouring competition, with the winner taking home a family ticket to see the film, which shows in cinemas from Friday 2 December.
A word from the store director
‘We are really looking forward to seeing some colourful entries,’ says store director, Gurdeep Bansal, who will be judging the competition. ‘We wanted to celebrate the arrival of the exciting new children’s specs range, while also encouraging children from the surrounding area to take part and channel their inner Moana, who is renowned for her strength and courage.
‘There are four new frames available, all of which are inspired by Moana’s Polynesian heritage. There has been a great buzz about the launch, and parents and children alike are loving the specs!’
Colouring sheets are available to pick up in-store, and completed entries should be submitted no later than Sunday 30 November. Entrants must be 12 years-old or younger.
