A Plymouth store has welcomed a Devon customer who recently received top styling tips with Specsavers.

Winning style Sue Durant from Thurlstone, near Kingsbridge took part in a national newspaper glasses makeover to help find the best frames for her.

Sue said: ‘Taking part in this styling event was really fun. I will admit that I haven’t always liked the way I look in glasses but I felt after a whole day of trying on different styles that, actually, I look nice wearing glasses. They add something to my face rather than taking something away and, for me, was a real confidence boost.’

A word from the store manager

Plymstock Specsavers store manager, Kirsty Irving, said: ‘It has been great to meet Sue and help her choose a new pair of glasses from the Balmain designer range. At Specsavers Plymstock we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent customer experience and this includes helping customers get the right frames for them.’
