‘I haven’t had an eye test in about 25 years but knew I really needed to. The staff were all so welcoming and the optician was also brilliant, completely putting me at ease and explaining everything as he went along.

‘I also really want to extend my thanks to your customer service team. At 41, I have never had glasses before - whole new scary world of madness – but they were all absolutely brilliant and turned an experience I was a bit anxious about, into one that when I got home I was smiling.’
