Specsavers Palmers Green are pledging to raise a four figure sum for good causes in 2015. The eyecare specialists have kicked off their annual charitable campaign by setting an ambitious fundraising target of £1,000.
So far this year the store has raised £350 for Comic Relief. They have also sponsored a local school sports team, donated school supplies to children in India and ran a Mother’s Day competition in the local area.
A word from the store director
Jaswinder Singh Nagra, director said: ‘It’s hugely important to us that we give back to the Palmers Green community which has become our home and that we work with the local community to give to those less fortunate too, whether at home or overseas.
Local residents have been very supportive in the past and we’re calling on them to again to help make 2015 a fundraising year to remember.’
