The Paisley opticians which has served the town for 25 years is set to move to a larger, new-look store on Moss Street.
Specsavers in Paisley will open its doors at the Paisley Centre for the final time on 26 August before reopening at the new store on 1 September.
Staff will also be holding a party to celebrate the 25-year milestone on 9 September.
Gail Thompson, store director at Specsavers in Paisley, said: ‘This is such an exciting time as we prepare to unveil our fabulous, bigger store to locals at the end of August.
Thank you for your patience
‘This year marks the 25th year we’ve been in Paisley. During that quarter of a century, we have expanded several times, most recently with the introduction of a fifth test room in 2015.
‘Our new store will allow us to conduct even more eye and hearing examinations in a new environment which has more space for customers to browse our extensive collection of glasses.
‘We would like to thank our customers for their patience while the move is underway. Calls can still be made to the store during the temporary, four-day closure and its sister store in Barrhead will also be open.
‘We will be releasing further details regarding the Moss Street store in due course.’
