Two brave staff members from Specsavers North Bridge are planning to abseil down the Forth Rail Bridge in aid of a children’s charity this month.
Store manager Carrie Collins and assistant manager Kelsey Hamilton have signed up for the challenge to raise funds for Aberlour Scotland’s Children’s Charity.
The charity provides a range of services, support and advice for vulnerable children, young people and families in Scotland.
Kelsey said: ‘The charity abseil will help support the charity as they strive to help transform the lives of vulnerable children for the better. We are inspired by the work they do in Scotland and wanted to help raise funds that we know will also be used locally.
‘I’d like to thank everyone who has pledged sponsorship so far and would like to encourage people to donate what they can to this great charity.’
