Specsavers North Bridge have been recognised for outstanding people management standards and received a Platinum Employer Award.

Employee experience

The aim of Platinum Employer is to recognise a business for providing a great overall employee experience. Stores are reviewed periodically across these areas – and the North Bridge team recently picked up the glittering honour.

The scheme focuses on five key areas which are talent management, recruitment and induction, performance management and reward, learning and development and lastly employee communications and engagement.
