The team at Norris Green raised more than £220 and collected much needed presents for Radio City’s Cash for Kids campaign.
Collecting presents for children
Putting every effort into ensuring they collected as many presents as possible, the team secured 50 much needed gifts to pass onto children who would not have received any at Christmas.
The team organised a raffle, where designer glasses, bottles of wine and chocolates were up for grabs and also paid to wear Christmas jumpers every Tuesday for the whole of December.
Great fundraising spirit
Specsavers retail director Paul Stanway said: ‘I’m really proud of the team and their fundraising spirit. They have gone all out to raise funds and collect presents for a much loved charitable cause in our city.
‘I’d like to thank our loyal customers for getting involved in our in-store fundraising and also thank our dedicated staff who give up their time to make the fundraising event a success.’
