Staff from a Newquay opticians went canine-crazy for Guide Dogs Week with a visit from a furry friend and a range of activities in-store.
Specsavers in Newquay hosted a main fundraising event on 10 October, with the chance for people to come and say hello to a guide dog and talk to a local guide dog owner about eye health.
The store raised money for the charity throughout the week from Saturday 4 October to raise as much as possible for the cause.
Guide Dogs for the Blind
Store director at Specsavers in Newquay, Graham Dunn said: ‘We were determined to raise as much money as possible for Guide Dogs for the Blind during our fundraising week.
We donated money from glasses repairs towards the charity and accepted all donations throughout the week.’
