In a recent online customer feedback message, staff from the Nairn store were praised for their first class service.

Thorough service

‘I would just like to praise the team at the new Nairn branch. Firstly, I received a very warm welcome from a chap named James, then I had a guy called Mark doing my lens check. He was very thorough and very helpful when I expressed a desire for new glasses.

‘He put me in the very capable hands of a lady called Iona who was so patient with me as I must have tried on about 30 to 40 different glasses. Not once did she seem annoyed or bothered by my fussiness even though it had gone past their closing time.

Efficient and polite

'With her help I ended up with a lovely pair of new glasses. On picking up my glasses James did my fit, again very efficiently and politely.

‘The whole experience was first class, I couldn't have been made to feel more valued as a customer. I will certainly be recommending my friends and family to go there.’
