Staff at Specsavers in Morley are proud to be open for business at their new and improved store.
More clinics and shorter waiting times
The new store has got six testing rooms, one of which is dedicated to contact lenses, and one which is fitted with a sound booth for hearing tests.
The hearcare team are expanding and can now offer longer clinics, reducing waiting times for customers when booking appointments.
Four new employees are joining the optical team, including new resident optician, Maeesha Ahmed, and it is likely that recruitment will continue.
More frames on display
Customers who arrive early can now take advantage of the store’s new seating area, one of a series of new departments, or browse the increased selection of frames on display.
The shiny new lab facilities will help Lab Manager Graham Webb turn frames around for customers in a week or less, and a dedicated call centre upstairs means there will be no phones ringing on the shop floor.
