Specsavers in Montrose has been recognised for offering the best customer service in Scotland for its store size.
The store came out on top of the Customer Service Index for the first quarter of this year after receiving excellent feedback from customers on its online survey, Maze.
Bridgeen Johnson, director of Specsavers in Montrose, says: ‘We value feedback and we want all our customers to be happy when they leave the store.
‘We do encourage our customers to complete the online feedback as we are keen to know about their experience and where we can improve our service.
‘The staff are thrilled that we are the top medium-sized store in Scotland for customer service this quarter – it’s a huge boost for the store and shows all our hard work is paying off.’
As a thank you for completing the survey, customers are put into a draw to win back the cost of their glasses.
The March winner, William Duncan, received £244 back for simply giving his feedback to the store.
