Specsavers in Monmouth has relocated to a new 3,000-square-foot store to meet increasing customer demand in the town.
Greater services for locals
The new store, at 25 Monnow Street, offers five test rooms for customers – three more than the previous premises. Four new members of staff have also joined the team to ensure the smooth running of the larger store.
Previously, audiology services were only available for locals at the Bridges Community Centre, but with the store’s new dedicated audiology room, customers can now have hearing tests in-store.
In total, £400,000 has been invested in the new store, which is being led by directors Emily-Anne Frost and Louise Harvey.
Ms Frost says: ‘We’re really happy with how the new store is looking and see this move as an opportunity to further improve the services we provide to our customers in Monmouth. Bringing audiology services to the store means that all sight and hearing queries can be dealt with from one place, simplifying the process.
‘Customer satisfaction remains a key priority for Louise and I, and we hope our new state-of-the-art facilities will ensure this remains the case for all customers, both old and new.’
