Big hair, head bands and stone washed denim greeted customers visiting Specsavers in Marlborough on Friday 17 November as part of a fundraising event for Children in Need.
Staff dressed up as 1980s rock stars to pay homage to the decade in which the charity was set up, while customers were able to buy cakes in return for donations, raising £60.
‘This was a great chance for the team to have some fun dressing up while raising money at the same time,’ said Rachel King, store director. ‘Most of us are old enough to remember the 80s so it was great to see what everyone came up with. We'd like to say a big thank you to everyone that supported us on the day.’
