Gemma Ashby, store manager at March Specsavers, says: ‘Myself and some of the staff at FACET will be cycling to raise money following the damage Storm Doris caused to the centre.

‘The repairs are going to costs thousands as the centre’s roof has been completely broken and their main hall is out of action.

‘We’re hoping to raise enough money to repair the roof and get the FACET centre up and running like clockwork once again.’

Local charity Founded in 2002, FACET is a charity with a focus on providing training and day care to adults with disabilities within the Fenland area.
