A member of staff at the Maldon Specsavers is set to show off his impressive cycling skills later this month when he takes part in the Essex-wide charity cycle in aid of Alzheimer's Society.
The event was organised by Specsavers regional relationship manager for Essex, Roy Thorogood, and will see many Specsavers staff take on the mega 60 mile bike ride.
Proud to support
Paul Wickson, retail director at Specsavers in Maldon, said: ‘I’m very proud to be part of the Essex 60 mile mega bike ride for Alzhemier’s Society.
‘We hope to raise £1000 for the charity which will help support people suffering with the condition.’
