The Maldon opticians has been awarded a Platinum Employer Award.
The Specsavers store, based on 65 High Street, has been recognised for its outstanding people management standards.

Platinum Employer recognises businesses that provide a great overall employee experience, and Maldon Specsavers is the latest opticians to be awarded this prestigious status.
The scheme focuses on five key areas - talent management, recruitment and induction, performance management and reward, learning and development, and employee communications and engagement.
