The Maidenhead team is gearing up for a busy day on Friday 15 December as they don their Christmas jumpers and running shoes in aid of Save the Children.
Staff will be joining in on the fluffy fundraiser by donating to Save the Children and wearing their festive knits to work.
Upping the ante for 2017, the team will further prove their philanthropic spirit by installing a treadmill in store, on which they’re hoping to complete six miles over the course of the day.
A word from the store director
Store director Helen Brooke said: ‘We’re delighted to support Save the Children’s annual Christmas Jumper Day. This year we’ll have the added challenge of running those miles, so we’re hoping this will give everyone an extra nudge to dig a little deeper into their pockets – after all, we’ll have to dig deep to stay on that treadmill!’
Customers can show their support in store by donating to the collection in the run up to the event, or popping in on the day itself to cheer on the team. Alternatively, Text TEAM0388 to 70050 to donate £5 to Save the Children.
