Specsavers in Ludlow marked its milestone tenth birthday with a party day in store and raised almost £200 for Hope House.
Opportunity to raise funds for charity
Customers were invited to sample the homemade cakes on offer, in return for a donation to the charity. The team also decorated the store with balloons and wore colourful clothing as they celebrated a decade of business in the town.
A word from the store director
‘Ten years is something we wanted to celebrate, as well as giving us the opportunity to say thank you to our customers who have supported us during that time,’ said store director Nicola Aubrey.
‘We all had a really enjoyable day and it was great to be able to tie in our celebrations for Hope House, a charity we’ve supported for a number of years.’
Hope House Hospice provides care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.
