To mark Specsavers seventh anniversary in Ludlow, the team of opticians will be donning superhero capes and masks to raise money for their local branch of Hope House Children’s Hospice.
The charity provides specialist nursing care and support to life-limited children and young people from Shropshire and the surrounding areas.
Nicola Aubrey, store director, said: ‘We decided to do something different to mark seven years in Ludlow, while using the opportunity to fundraise for Hope House, one of our chosen local charities. We’ll also be running a tombola with prizes including a gift voucher for a pair of designer specs, various treats, and much more.
‘Tuesday is going to be fun, so we’d like to invite local people to come down to the store and help us raise as much money as possible.’
