Specsavers Long Eaton made an egg-cellent donation to children at the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham this Easter.
The store ran an initiative where people could receive a free sight test if they brought in an Easter egg, in the two weeks leading up to Easter.  The team collected 115 eggs in total which were donated to the children’s ward at the Queen’s Medical Centre, as well as raising more than £30 by running a raffle.
‘This was an idea from one of the members of the team, Dan, and we all thought it was a fantastic way to give something back this Easter,’ says store director, Krishna Parmar.  ‘We were delighted to have collected so many eggs for the children at the Hospital and I’m sure they brought a smile to many faces.’
