Some super service from a member of staff at Specsavers Lewisham didn’t go unnoticed in April, with a customer highlighting this through the online feedback form.
'I had a 4:30 eye test appointment today at Lewisham Specsavers, which I was waiting some time for. The lady at reception noticed this and made sure that she instigated my pre-eye test check so that my eye test could be completed more promptly.
‘I mentioned to her that I needed to be home by 5:30 so she personally got another optician to take my test and had obviously stressed I was restricted on time. As I left the store she also apologised for the wait.
‘I just wanted to acknowledge her service – I would have usually been annoyed at such a delayed appointment but her personal step made me feel extremely valued and I thank her for that.’

Steven Jacobs, store director for Specsavers Lewisham, said: ‘Sometimes because of various factors, we do become delayed in our appointments but in spite of this, our customer service standards are never affected and this feedback confirms this.’
