The Fife Flyers Ice Hockey Team have announced their ‘Great 8’ sponsors for the new season and Specsavers opticians and audiologists in Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy and Leven are delighted to pledge their support for the second year running.
The Great 8
The ‘Great 8’ comprises eight premier partners who are jointly sponsoring the Fife Flyers throughout their 2017/18 season which kicks off on Saturday 16 September.
Last season, Specsavers provided eyecare advice to Fife Flyers players Chase Schaber and Brendon Brooks, ensuring their eyesight was in top condition when they each visited the Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy stores for an eye health check.
A word from our store director
Store director Gary Wood said: ‘The Specsavers stores in Glenrothes, Leven and Kirkcaldy alongside Healthcall are delighted to jointly sponsor Fife Flyers as part of the “Great 8” again this year.
‘We’re also proud to once again sponsor star player and Fife Flyers favourite Chase Schaber. We hope Chase, along with all the players, will have another successful season and we wish them the best of luck.’
Specsavers Healthcall in Fife provides a comprehensive eyecare service to housebound residents, whether living in their own homes or in care homes, including NHS funded eye examinations, dispensing of glasses and aftercare.
