Staff at Specsavers Lancaster have served up a treat for customers and raised £440 for Breast Cancer Care with a charity bake sale.
A tasty success
The team at the store on Cheapside rose to the charity challenge, selling delicious cakes and sweet treats in exchange for donations to the charity.
Lancaster Specsavers store director Michael Jackson, said: ‘Bake sales are always such a fun, and tasty, way to encourage people to donate to charity. We thought it was important to collect for Breast Cancer Care as breast cancer affects so many people both nationwide and close to home.
For a great cause
‘The whole team put in an amazing amount of effort to make sure the day went well and I’m please to say their hard work paid off.
‘Many thanks to all our customers who joined us in store for a snack.’
