Specsavers Kilburn has been recognised for its outstanding people management skills by scooping a Platinum Employer Award.

The store recently received the externally validated accreditation, highlighting its dedication to staff and employees within the company. The goal of Platinum Employer is to recognise businesses for providing a great overall employee experience.
The scheme focuses on five key areas – talent management, recruitment and induction, performance management and reward, learning and development and finally employee communications and engagement.

More than 350 Specsavers stores have been named as Platinum Employers since its people development scheme began.
