Specsavers Kidderminster has been praised for their wonderful service, after following up a previous audiology appointment.
After being told of some difficulties a customer was experiencing with her new hearing aids, hearcare administrator, Ange Pitt phoned to check how she was getting on. The woman’s daughter was impressed with the care and attention given to her mother, saying ‘by asking the right questions and listening to the answers she put my mum’s needs at the heart of her service.’
Ange arranged for the customer to be seen that day at Specsavers Halesowen where she had the broken filters removed and new ones fitted, as well as adjusting the hearing aids to the right settings,
