A very happy customer sent dispenser Karen Wilkin, director Gill Syme and manager Margaret English a bunch of flowers and a card as a thank you.
Gill, Margaret and Karen were delighted with the unexpected surprise after helping the customer in question find the perfect pair of glasses.
