Specsavers in Inverness has been voted best for contact lens customer service in Scotland, following reviews from its customers.
The opticians and audiologists, on High Street, came out top in a customer feedback survey which assessed more than 60 stores across the country.
Specsavers regularly collects customer feedback using survey forms – the data gathered is further analysed, split into categories, and winners are crowned from every region.
Inverness was Scotland’s top performer when it came to keeping contact lens customers happy.
In recognition of the achievement, staff from the store were invited to a seminar where they were presented with an award to mark their success.
Delighted to be recognised
Andy Carr, store director of Specsavers in Inverness, said: ‘We pride ourselves on providing the best possible customer service to all who visit us on the High Street. I am delighted that our store has been recognised as an outstanding performer for our contact lens customer service.
‘There are many different types of contact lenses available at Specsavers and it is important for us to educate our customers on all their options to ensure they leave satisfied.
‘I’d like to thank all of the staff here for their continued hard work and high levels of customer care - this is a well-deserved award.’
The accolade comes hot on the heels of the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index which named Specsavers as the number one high street retailer for customer satisfaction in the UK.
