Staff were polite as always and seemed well organised around COVID awareness.
The fact there’s no hard sell in Ilkley, which I’ve had at other opticians and has made me switch opticians. At ilkley one genuinely feels your eye health is the uppermost consideration for the staff and not selling products. It’s so professional it almost feels like a private medical facility rather than a profit seeking company.
