Specsavers Ilford are committed to giving their customers the best possible service from the moment they enter the High Road store.
That is why they jumped at the chance to offer their staff some new ambassador training designed by Specsavers and the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).
Well done Nisar
Nisar Khokhar was the first member of the team to take up the offer – and he is now a fully-fledged RNIB Ambassador.
The course helps staff support customers with low vision in store, and also broadens their knowledge of the advanced eye care services which are now available at Specsavers.
Great training opportunity
Mohammed Rehmani, store director in Ilford, said: ‘This is a fantastic piece of training. Some of our team have previously mentioned wanting to know more about the clinical side of eye health, and this course has provided that in an accessible and engaging format.
‘I know that Nisar found it really useful, and we know it will be of great benefit to our customers. We look forward to more staff completing the training in time.’
