Ghosts and ghouls were out in force at Specsavers Horsham this Halloween – but there was no need for customers to be afraid.
The store, in West Street, was taking part in the traditional Horsham town centre trick or treat trail.
Trick or treat
Organised by Horsham Rotary Club, the town trail takes place each October half term. Kids are invited to pop into participating stores to choose a Halloween card to find out whether they will be performing a trick or getting a sweet treat.
Better still, they can collect passwords from the stores to enter a competition with cash prizes.
Spooky goings on
Store director Alan McLean said: ‘We would like to reassure our customers that any spooky goings on this weekend were purely in the name of fun – and that things in store are definitely back to normal now.
‘On a more serious note, we love supporting the annual trick or treat trail in Horsham. It gives children and their parents a great opportunity to explore everything that our town centre has to offer – and us a chance to remind people that if they have not had an eye test for a while, it could be time to pop in and see us.’
