A member of staff at Specsavers in Hornchurch went the extra mile to ensure a customer had a positive experience during a recent visit to the store.
Sam from Hornchurch praised Ciara for attending to her despite arriving at particularly busy time of the day for the business.
Making it personal
She writes: ‘This morning I had my eye test booked. When I was in store, I was greeted by Ciara who was very friendly, and asked if I needed any help, and she checked me in while I browsed the glasses.
‘Ciara led me through the whole process despite obviously being busy. She took the time to check in with me regularly and let me know how long it would be until she was able to sit down with me, and made this feel personal and sincere.
‘Any suggestions made by the team (specifically Ciara and the optician) felt sincere, and for this reason I chose to include anti-glare with a pair of my glasses (this was the first time I have chosen to include any extras with my glasses).
‘This was by far the best experience I have had at Specsavers and I believe this was mostly thanks to Ciara's brilliant customer care.’
