Specsavers Horley are delighted with the news that store manager Natalie Bate has achieved gold status as an in store trainer.
Natalie, who runs the new store in Victoria Road, is responsible for staff training and development.
Training the trainers
The Specsavers training course for in store trainers is designed to give them the skills they need to support other members of the team.
The role of in store trainer involves identifying staff development needs and opportunities for them to build their skills and knowledge at work.
Kumar Keshavji, store director in Horley, said: ‘Learning and development is really important to us at Specsavers, as we want to support our staff to be the best that they can be – for their benefit and for the benefit of our customers.
‘Natalie is doing a terrific job of supporting the team in the store, and I would like to thank her for all her hard work.’
