Natasha Rathour, the new director of the Holloway store, helps to run a team of 25 staff.
Their motto is ‘to be known as the best store for driving excellence in development and engagement in our people.’
Director and optometrist, Natasha Rathour has been in optics for four years and with Specsavers for three years. Having always had a strong passion for science, Natasha gained a BSc Honours in Optometry, before advancing her career with Specsavers as a director and qualifying in August 2014. One of her favourite things about working for Specsavers is the fact that science, business and fashion all meet together to make a challenging yet fulfilling job.
Originally from Manchester, 26-year-old Natasha moved to London when she was 21 years old, working previously for Specsavers in Surrey and central London. Her favourite part of the job is working to help develop her team and seeing returning customers with a smile on their faces. In her spare time Natasha is an avid dancer and has been a part of Misfits Dance Academy, performing Beyoncé-style dancing.
Natasha said: ‘We have a really enthusiastic and intelligent team here at Holloway, and I’m really excited to see them through their career progressions over 2015. My journey to where I am now has been difficult, but absolutely worth it. I’ve always strived to be a Specsavers director and I’m really pleased I’m at Holloway, and I’m very excited to see what the future will bring.’
