The team at Specsavers Holborn were really chuffed when local resident Vanessa chose to share her recent positive experience at the store.
The customer said: ‘I wanted to get in touch to say how impressed I was by the service I received in store both for my recent eye test and when picking up my glasses.
This covers both the team carrying out the eye test, who were very professional, and the team upstairs in the shop, who were helpful and created an inviting atmosphere in which to choose my glasses.’

She continued: ‘It is clear that this store has fostered an environment where the individuals working there can be themselves at work. This produces a really visible positive team culture, which enhances the customer experience. I think it's rare to find such a positive outlook from the staff in a retail environment.
‘I hope that the store is proud of its culture, and continues to allow these individuals and the team to flourish in this way.’
